Having joined a gym for a 'trial period' over 35 years ago, everyday fitness quickly became a very important part of my routine.
Hi, I'm Angela. Initially, I challenged myself, my friends and colleagues with a number of fun events such as ‘Tongariro crossing, ‘Tough Guy and Gal’ and Round the Bays. Keeping fit and strong was very important to my volunteer work with Auckland Search and Rescue as there were a lot of hills, tracks to cover and stretchers to carry. I have now been working in the Fitness industry for 7 years and get a real kick out of working with great clients to achieve their own fitness goals.

As I age, I understand the challenges of working with changing hormones in order to maintain health and weight along with flexibility and movement patterns. I’ve also had my share of negotiating injuries, niggles, and most recently re-strengthening after surgery.
Offering a free initial consultation, fitness and movement screening, I will develop a plan to address body imbalances and work with you to achieve your personal fitness and wellness goals, taking into account all of the attributing factors such as sleep, nutrition, hydration, movement, energy, body and stress as part of your plan.
